I came across Sana Associates when I was a junior management executive and was searching for a house to purchase for long term / investment purposes. I had met many people from real estate sector who were calling them as consultants but acted nothing more than agents. When I met Lav, I had accepted that this is how real estate professionals are like. But Sana Associates was a breath of fresh air. I never had to chase them for anything. From my first call till I purchased my house, everything was done in the utmost professional manner. No information was hidden from me.
In fact, few times when I was about to take wrong investment decisions, it was Sana Associates which advised me not to, despite the fact that it would give them immediate monetary benefits but would not have been good for me in the long term.
I have now moved from India to Dubai. I have seen this organization grow over the years, thanks to the sincerity and professionalism of its staff. But even today, all it takes to get an appropriate action from Sana Associates, is just a mail explaining the situation. I never call them, instead they call me if my requirements are not clear to them. Few times, it was Lav who was chasing me to act for my benefit when I was procrastinating. This is so unlike other real estate agents who just vanish once they receive their brokerage commission / fees.
You need correct market advise, whether you are purchasing a property for an investment or for personal use. For me, to purchase or sell property in Delhi NCR, I would either do it through Sana Associates or not do it all. And above all, the fees and charges of Sana Associates are at par with any other real estate firm in market if not less. Therefore, this long term committed service comes at no additional cost.
I have given my experience on two accounts which are utmost important for any person planning to purchase a property, ie., service and fee. I think to choose Sana Associates based on my experience as your real estate adviser is a no brainer!!
